Supplements
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
If you notice any issue with the product—or if anything in your order seems out of place—please contact our support team at returns@mindset.st. Include a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you about the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If approved and you require a replacement, we will ship a new order within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few working days.
Replacement/Refund Exemptions
1. Wrong Address
If an address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
2. Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if applicable).
3. Product Created but Not Yet Shipped
If you wish to cancel an order while it is still in “Accepted” status but the product has already been prepared, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your account or payment method records. If you specifically requested a refund to your card and do not see it posted, contact your credit card company or bank—there may be processing delays. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at returns@mindset.st for further assistance.

Refund Policy for E-Books, Courses, Checklists, Workbooks, and Guides
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
1. Engagement: You must demonstrate that you have engaged with the material.
2. Feedback: You must provide a detailed explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing refund@mindset.st.
No Refund Policy
For the following products, no refunds will be granted:
Wallpapers, Audio Loops, Planners, Templates, and Prompts
Bundles: Refunds are not available for items purchased as part of a bundle.
